This practical and interactive workshop uses a mixture of simple yoga poses and proven personal development strategies to increase flexibility, cope with stress and promote happiness, effectiveness and well-being at work and at home.
Self-Coaching for Motivation and Confidence
This course is for people who struggle with their own motivation and self-confidence; it is also appropriate for those who find it difficult to make decisions and want to learn some simple techniques to make significant improvements in their personal performance at home or work.

This course aims to support managers of all levels to develop their coaching skills and get the maximum performance from their teams. It teaches them a number of core coaching models and gives them a foundation to start coaching and improving the performance of their team members right away it is a valuable opportunity to learn how to use coaching techniques to increase motivation, maximise potential and achieve goals.
Team working and collaboration
This course aims to support teams of all levels, skills and aspirations to develop improved working practices, maximise performance and have more fun working together. During the day delegates will have the opportunity to explore their team dynamics in a safe and managed environment; allowing them to develop increased awareness of the broad skills need for effective team work.
Time management skills
This course aims to support individuals of all levels in an organisation to improve their time management skills, enhance productivity and improve work life balance. It focuses on key areas of time management theory and delivers practical examples and repeatable methods to improve time management.
